I really loved this show but was getting tired of Abby playing the martyr each and every time. So I was rather happy when she left the show.

I thought he was right bastard. He blamed Ichabod for something Katrina did. He didn't even know she was pregnant so how where was that anger coming from? And Ichabod should have told him "Dude, I didn't even know of your existence until a little while ago so back off"!
I don't think he was married to Katrina then. I think all the flashbacks were before the Revolution.
