The Horseman with a Colt M4A1 in hand
A Colt M4A1 rifle is one of the weapons that the Headless Horseman steals from the apartment of Andy Brooks, along with a Glock 17 pistol and a Mossberg 500 shotgun. He later uses it while attacking Ichabod Crane and Abbie Mills in the Cemetery. ("Pilot")
It features a shoulder strap so that the Horseman can easily sling it over his shoulder and take it up whenever he wishes to use it. It also has a foregrip, a holographic sight, and a collapsible stock.

Colt M4A1
The Colt M4A1 is an assault rifle/carbine, developed by the United States' Colt Manufacturing Company in the early 1990s. Since it's introduction into service; the weapon has been used by both military and law enforcement officials alike. The weapon is chambered in the 5.56x45mm NATO ammunition and can be used with both a 20-30 round magazine and other STANAG form magazines.
The M4 is capable of also being modified with multiple attachments; such as scopes/sights, M203 grenade launcher, foregrips, collapsable/fixed stocks and even suppressors.
