This article is about the character, the Kindress. For her mate, see the Kindred. For the Season Two episode, see "The Kindred". |
The Kindress is the Kindred's intended bride, made by Benjamin Franklin.
Her purpose was to be the Kindred's companion, and like him, the Kindress is made of sewn-together dead body parts, though who those body parts are from is unknown. It is implied that these parts came from women that were capable of self-defense. The Kindress does not contain a body part of the Horsemen of Death, but was raised by Ichabod and Abbie the same way they raised the Kindred. Her weapon of choice is a flail.
She and the Kindred were destroyed by the Hidden One for the Kindred's unwillingness to join and serve him.
