The Masonic Cell is a fortified, underground chamber, built by Thomas Jefferson with aid from the Sisterhood of the Radiant Heart, and accessible by using the Munition Tunnels. It is used as a prison cell for supernatural entities, with customized hexes to limit the powers of its prisoners. It has a window at the side for the Witnesses and their allies to monitor the prisoners.

History[]

In The Midnight Ride, Abbie Mills led the Headless Horseman into the cell, where the ultraviolet lights were turned on just in time. The Horseman remained chained in artificial sunlight, speaking through his Necromancer Andy Brooks, until the Hessians shut down the power source to set him free.

In This Is War, Henry Parrish conjured a delusion for Ichabod Crane and Abbie Mills, where Parrish appeared to be a prisoner in the Masonic Cell.

In And The Abyss Gazes Back, Joe Corbin was also kept in the Cell, to prevent him from hurting anyone, while the team tried to find a Wendigo cure.

In The Akeda, Ichabod and Abbie defeated Abraham Van Brunt with the Sword of Methuselah, and chained him in the cell. Nick Hawley was assigned to watch over the Horseman while the rest of the Team went out to confront Moloch.
